Dependent Care FSA

Financial

A Dependent Care FSA allows you to set aside pretax dollars for dependent care expenses, such as daycare, so you can continue working. Eligible employees choose an annual election of up to $5,000 per family (additional restrictions apply based on marital and/or tax filing status). The money is placed in your account via payroll deduction in equal installments and then used to pay eligible dependent care expenses incurred during the plan year.
